David Pogue Q-and-A

David Pogue is currently the personal technology columnist for the New York Times and he also makes humorous videos of product reviews for nytimes.com.

Pogue has won an Emmy for his work as a technology correspondent for CBS New
s, and he is an author and publisher of scores of books in the “Dummy’s” and “Missing Manual” series. At 9:00 am, next Thursday, Pogue will deliver a keynote address at this years’ Government Technology Conference West trade show at the Sacramento Convention Center. He spoke to Capitol Weekly about trends in the industry, and why it is sometimes important to walk away from the hype over a new product.
