A typo in our Feb. 17 story “Suppliers, competitors complain tribal fill-up has unfair advantage,” led to a misleading statement. Sellers Petroleum is currently in a dispute with the Board of Equalization over whether it owes sales taxes on fuel sold at the Red Earth Travel Center owned by the Torrez Martinez Tribe of Salton City.
