Schwarzenegger’s former press guru Aaron McLear is going into the private sector with a bang, joining political strategist Josh Ginsberg to create – drum roll – the Ginsberg McLear Group, which will handle political and corporate clients. The GMG is affiliated with Goddard Claussen, the ballot-issue experts…Sounds cushy, but information and strategy isn’t always an easy ride: CPF’s Carroll Wills, a rough-terrain bicyclist, took a header near Monterey when the slow poke in front of him wouldn’t move over. Wills took a parade of cuts, bruises, stitches and pain, but the bottom line he’s okay – his jaw wasn’t broken, after all – except when his colleagues circulate funny captions to accompany his injury photos. Only hurts when he laughs…And our thoughts go out to SEIU spokesman Jim Zamora, who was just released from the hospital after an attack a month ago of a rare condition called transverse myelitis that temporarily paralyzed his legs. He’s expected to make a full recovery, and has been blogging about his experience…
