“Who has been the most annoying lobbyist of the 2005-06 legislative session?

Define ‘annoying’ however you want.

With too many strong candidates for the title, it’s a three-way tie between
Mary Kinney, Jim Lites and Beau Biller.

It would be unfair to single out just one!

Can I define lobbyist anyway I want? If so, it’s C.O.S. Susan Kennedy. She
is a terrible influence on the governor and public-policy initiatives.

Bill Devine at ATT.

Really tough to hand that crown to just one individual and there are so many
deserving finalists. Perhaps a special fall issue is in order.

Alan Edelstein. He is even annoying when he wins!
