Each year, Capitol Weekly’s Top 100 names the most powerful movers and shakers in California politics – everyone except elected officials. We look at those who devote their professional lives to fighting for – or against – issues of state politics and policy, including lobbyists, bureaucrats, activists, trade group leaders, capitol staffers and even journalists.
Capitol Weekly will unveil the 2014 Top 100 List at a special end-of-session reception at the Senator Hotel on Tuesday, August 19.
