Introducing the Capitol Weekly Insiders Survey

By the time you read this you might have already found a new Capitol Weekly feature in either your text messages or email inbox: the Capitol Weekly Insiders Survey. In partnership with Paul Mitchell of Political Data Inc., we have constructed a series of surveys we think offer the Capitol community and beyond a chance to quickly and anonymously share their thoughts on issues that matter to them and which impact their daily work lives. Our plan to is have a new one for you every few weeks, with a story to follow that sums up what we’ve learned.
Our first survey dives into a topic that has come to the fore with the massive changes at Twitter/X – where do Capitol insiders get their news?
So please watch for it – we look forward to seeing your replies.

I am trying to complete your survey but on the question of who I supported in the most recent presidential election I did not support any of the choices presented and there is no way for me to get past that page without choosing someone, which would be dishonest of me.
I wrote in Bernie Sanders’ name.
Am I not able to participate in this survey because I did not support one of those people?
I would suggest having a text box on that page with something like “if none of the above please explain” or something like that.
