As Assemblywoman Loni Hancock‘s bill was about to come before the Senate
Elections Committee, members received a copy of a support letter from Phil
Angelides complaining about millionaires who spend upward of $40 million on
their own campaigns. We wonder who Angelides could possibly have in mind.

about an insider briefing conference call outlining the campaign’s
grassroots plan and the vital role that volunteers will play in victory.”
