Leak of the Week: Delta Flow Chart

Below is a flow chart that was circulated by lobbyists this week in an attempt to illustrate the convoluted governance plan of the Sacrament/San Joaquin River Delta. The Legislature approved a sweeping bill package this week that, among other things, will create a new Delta Stewardship Council. One view of how the council will fit in to existing Delta governance is illustrated in the flow chart below.
