Field Poll: Public confidence slips in Brown, Legislature

The Field Poll reports that the public’s view of Gov. Brown’s performance, which has been slipping since he took office last year, is now about evenly divided between those who approve and those who disapprove. The public’s negative perception of the Legislature continues, with nearly two-thirds of those surveyed disapproving of the Legislature’s performance.
